With this utility you are able to fetch the Telegram ID of other users, groups and channels.

The Telegram ID can be used for different things, such as:

  • Tracking: Users are able to change their username, but not their Telegram ID. It'll always stay the same. With a database, the ID can always identify any user, even after they changed their username.

  • Listening: Snipers can often listen and snipe contract addresses posted in any given channel or group ID. On some, you're able to set a user ID as well, so it only listens to messages of a specific admin. ...
